By purchasing or receiving Trinium Designs textures you agree to abide by the following conditions and copyright policy as well as Linden Lab's applicable TOS and copyright policies.
Trinium Designs textures are only for use in your own Second Life (SL) creations or builds whether those be for
personal use, sale or freebies. You may not resell, giveaway or
re-distributed these textures nor modified versions of them as textures with full permissions to
others, collectively or individually.
Note: You can give a copy of textures you've bought from me to your SL alts to use, but only your alts and no one else.
If textures are to be stored within a prim of a build for texture change purposes for instance, then textures should not allow next owner to have full permissions access to the textures. In such cases, textures should be set to no modify and either no copy or no transfer. (Setting textures no modify within a prim doesn't make your build or object no modify, only may cause it to appear no mod in inventory).
Builders may download textures to their computer solely for the purpose of modifying as needed for their Second Life creations provided the intention is to only re-upload it for use in their SL creation/build. Reselling or redistributing modified textures in any fashion is not allowed except as part of an Second Life build or as outlined in this license.
Textures are not to be redistributed to anyone else through other virtual worlds, websites, other media or electronic means.
